The concentrate feed mixture is pelleted (or) it may be given as meal type (mash) feed. Our ingredients undergo a computerized formulated ration; the final ration is enriched with adequate essential nutrients to fulfill the animal requirements. Our feed manufacturing system is subjected to numerous regulations for the protection of the customer and the consumer. We provide feed labeling which is embedded with information regarding the nutritional information, list of essential ingredients and a guaranteed analysis."

Feed Ingredients:

These are the feed ingredients which we add up under a formulated ration to obtain a required protein level for a targeted animal. The ingredients are formulated keeping in mind the various digestion stages of every animal.

Feed Mixing:

The batch of high quality ingredient undergoes a heterogeneous mixture in order to maintain the distribution of the formulated ration all over the mixture. The output mixed feed ingredient can be pelletized or it can be directly marketed as the meal type (Mash) feed.

Pelleting:

Pelleting of feeds is accomplished by forcing the mixed feed ingredient through a chamber with holes (Pellet Dye).

As the extruded material leaves the dye, it is cut off by knives to pellets of a predetermined length. The major advantage of pelletizing is it increases the bulk density and reduces dustiness of the feed which in turn increases the feed intake.

The feed is preconditioned with steam before entering the pellet mill. The steam releases natural adhesive properties in feeds which readily bind with each other under pressure. Molasses increases the pellet ability & sweetness of feeds. It is often injected directly into the conditioning chamber. High level of added fat coats the feed particles and interferes with the formation of hydrophilic attachments between ingredient.

Once the process of pelleting is completed, pellets leave the pellet mill. They are moved over a shaker to remove fines and through a dryer to remove excess moisture.
